Radley College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gardener to join our skilled and supportive gardening team. Set within 800 acres of stunning grounds, including formal gardens, meadows, lakes, mature trees and landscapes influenced by Capability Brown, Radley offers an exceptional environment for anyone who takes pride in creating and maintaining outstanding gardens.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team responsible for the care and development of a diverse and historically significant estate. From ornamental borders and climbing plants to fruit trees, formal lawns and natural areas, the College grounds offer a wide variety of horticultural challenges and opportunities throughout the year.

We are looking for someone with a genuine enthusiasm for horticulture, excellent plant knowledge and a commitment to achieving high standards. Whether you hold a recognised horticultural qualification or have developed your skills through practical experience, you will be someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in your work and is keen to continue learning and developing professionally.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, comfortable working independently or as part of a close-knit team, and able to adapt to the changing demands of a busy and varied horticultural environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
