Applications are invited for the role of School Office Administrator to join our team in the School Office.

Detail

This part-time post involves good organizational and office skills as the job will require a competent level of IT proficiency using our MIS system, responding to basic email and phone enquiries from the school staff, students, parents and the public. You will also be expected to regularly cover the reception on a weekly basis.

Working hours will be 8.30am to 1pm Monday to Friday, during term time only (33 weeks per year). The role will also require work on a rotational basis on a Saturday morning from 8.30am to 12.30pm, approximately 2-3 times per term.
