ASSISTANT HEAD: HEAD OF SIXTH FORM

At Claremont, our sixth form offers a holistic experience, supporting students to achieve both their academic potential and to become well-rounded individuals. We pride ourselves on offering a broad range of subjects, from creative arts to sciences and classical civilisation.
We are looking for an inspiring and nurturing leader to guide our sixth form students through an exciting and valuable journey. The assistant head: head of sixth form will lead and manage the sixth form team who together ensure that our students get the very best out of their time at Claremont.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the academic performance, co-curricular activities and pastoral well-being of our students. You will also lead the Joyce Grenfell Project, our supra-curricular programme and the PSHE programme in the sixth form as well as teaching in your subject area.
You must have a passion for leading this age group and demonstrate a knowledge of the UCAS process and other higher education and professional opportunities available to our students
