Harrogate Ladies’ College is looking to recruit a Fees Manager for a maternity cover for 1 year commencing early July 2025.

Detail

Reporting to the Finance Director this is a pivotal role for the School and you will be required to ensure that all accounting processes within the parent and pupil ledgers are implemented to meet the termly timetable of billing parents, to record and monitor payments and receipts and follow up on aged debtors. This role involves significant parent contact and so, along with numeracy and organisational skills, strong customer service skills are essential.
