Kingston Grammar School - Executive Assistant to the Head Master

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head Master at KGS and ensure the efficient working of his busy office.

Detail

This is an active and varied high profile role which requires an individual who can demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will have experience of diary management, providing administrative support and working to deadlines whilst demonstrating a discrete and professional manner.

Considerable proficiency using IT and software packages is essential to this role and previous experience of working in an educational background is an advantage but not essential.

Staff are remunerated through the Kingston Grammar School support staff scale, and the role is offered on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The closing date for applications is 9am, Monday 1st July 2024.
