The School
Rosemary Works School is a progressive, non-selective independent co-educational primary school, taking children from the age of 3 to 11 years old. The School is located on the border of Islington and Hackney, alongside the Regent’s Canal. It occupies a bright 2-storey building, with two playgrounds, a ball pitch, and garden. Just a couple of minutes’ walk away are the new Britannia Leisure Centre, Shoreditch Park and Rosemary Gardens which the School uses for its sporting activities. The School’s proximity to the City and the centre of London provides excellent access to a vast array of other educational resources, such as the many museums and arts centres that provide excellent programmes designed for schools.
The School’s vision: “Challenge, Innovate, Nurture” is delivered through a challenging and innovative education full of excitement, playfulness, curiosity and wonder, in an environment where children feel safe and secure and where pupils’ personal development, happiness, resilience and a lifelong love of learning are nurtured. At Rosemary Works School, children proudly take their place in a globally connected world, armed with the knowledge and skills required to thrive in their senior schools, and the confidence, ambition, and courage to take their next steps out into the world and the successful life that awaits them.
