Part-Time HR Administrator

22.5 hours per week, all year round

FTE salary £25,000, actual salary £15,000

Starting September 2024

Shiplake College has an exciting opportunity to join our small HR team. We are seeking to appoint a detail orientated and enthusiastic part-time HR Administrator to this new role.

This is a diverse role with a busy workload offering the opportunity to gain valuable insights into HR in a highly regulated school environment. If you are an organised team player, with exceptional attention to detail, are eager to learn and can use your initiative this could be the perfect role for you.

As the first point of contact for all HR related queries you will provide a professional and efficient service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role would suit someone who has some experience in HR but equally, it may suit someone looking to start a career in HR.
