The school is seeking to appoint a Duty Manager to join our busy swimming pool team full time. The role will involve overseeing the daily operations of our swimming pool facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills with a strong background in lifeguarding, customer service and pool maintenance.

You will work various shifts on a rolling rota, which will include evening and weekend working.

The start for the role is flexible, depending on the availability of the successful candidate, but would ideally be as soon as possible. We would be happy to hear from candidates interested in the role on a temporary basis – perhaps during a gap year, as long as you could commit to a minimum of six months in the role.
