The Perse School has a rare opportunity for an exceptional School Leader to join our Prep School as a Deputy Head, from September 2025. This position forms part of the Senior Management of the school, and the post holder is expected to be fully involved in all areas of school life, requiring energy, commitment and flexibility.
Main responsibilities will include day-to-day management of the Prep and responsibility for the whole school when the Head is absent, while maintaining the highest standards of pupil behaviour and manners, and ensuring high standards across the School.
You will need a track record of teaching excellence, together with the capacity to inspire pupils and staff, diplomatic skills and demonstrably successful leadership experience.
