Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including advertising, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Manage pre-employment checks and ensure compliance with regulations, maintaining the Single Central Register (SCR).
Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and leaving staff.
Maintain accurate employee data within the iTrent HR system and generate reports.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HR databases (iTrent desirable).
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a fluctuating workload, and maintain confidentiality.
A proactive approach and a commitment to providing excellent customer care.

CIPD qualification and experience in the education sector or regulated environments would be advantageous.
