We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Service Desk Coordinator who is keen to deliver high-quality first-line support and ensure the smooth running of the School’s IT network, systems, and telecommunications infrastructure. The successful candidate will demonstrate an enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with strong organisational skills and a commitment to excellent service delivery.

This essential role provides day-to-day IT support across the School, acting as the primary contact for all incoming queries and coordinating the lifecycle of technical issues from first contact through to resolution. You will work closely with the Head of IT Services and the wider IT Team, supporting pupils and staff, maintaining accurate records, producing key service desk reports and ensuring effective communication across the School.
