Alleyn's School are seeking to appoint a weekend Site Manager to manage and work alongside a small team of staff.
Alleyn’s School, based in Dulwich, London, is seeking to appoint a Weekend Senior Premises Operative to take a leading role in managing weekend operations across the school site. The postholder will oversee and work alongside a small team, ensuring the security, safety and presentation of the campus at all times.
They will also support both school and external events taking place on site and act as the Duty Manager during weekends, ensuring the smooth running of all activities and providing a high standard of service to the school community.
The role is hands‑on and involves line‑managing a small team, with the expectation that the postholder will work alongside team members and take part in all tasks as needed.
This is a fixed‑term, year‑round role for approximately one year to cover maternity leave. The position is part‑time at 23 hours per week, worked across weekends: Saturdays from 8:00am to 8:00pm and Sundays from 9:00am to 9:00pm. Given the length of the shifts, a job‑share arrangement will be considered.
The annual salary for this position ranges from £18,400 to £20,240 per annum, based on experience and qualifications (based on a FTE of £30,000 to £33,000 per annum).
