EHCP 1:1 Support – Bablake Junior School

Full Time – Term Time Only, 37 weeks per year, temporary contract reviewed annually.

Salary £22,635 FTE Actual £17,798

Bablake Junior School is looking for a new team member to join us in providing the highest quality academic outcomes and personal development for our incredible pupils. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support for a pupil in line with their EHCP, ensuring access to learning. Their key responsibilities include mapping and monitoring interventions and targets to align with EHCP requirements. We are looking to appoint an EHCP 1:1 Support to start September 2025. Candidates should have experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant within a Primary school or Early Years setting. They should have experience of working with pupils with an EHCP and experience in undertaking observations for assessment of pupils.
