Support the Chemistry Department in terms of practical and technical aspects of the curriculum by preparing, maintaining, organising and managing resources required for healthy and secure practicals to be carried out by staff and students.
The successful applicant will have a Chemistry qualification to degree level / Key Stage 5 Science qualification with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of working in a laboratory environment. Knowledge of health and safety legislation and codes of practice, particularly COSHH and a First Aid qualification would be an advantage
