We are looking for a Principal who sees education differently, someone who believes that relationships come before results, that behaviour is communication, and that every learner deserves a provision shaped around them, not the other way around.

Break Through School is an alternative setting supporting learners with a range of needs including SEMH, ADHD, SpLD, MLD and associated profiles.

The Role

As Principal, you will:

• Lead with clarity, warmth and purpose
• Create a culture where staff feel supported, developed and inspired
• Shape a bespoke, adaptive curriculum that meets learners where they are
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, behaviour and care
• Drive improvement while protecting what makes the school special
• Work as part of a wider group, with strong central support — but with the autonomy to lead your school your way

You will not be doing this alone.
You will be supported by an experienced central team who understand SEND, inspections, and the realities of leading specialist provisions.
