S/he will be responsible for the daily co-ordination and smooth running of the school bus service, as well as and working collaboratively with colleagues on a varied range of administrative tasks in a busy school office.

Term time - 35 weeks per annum

Mon to Fri 7.30 am to 4.30 pm; plus 11 Saturdays per annum: 7.30 am to 12.30 pm

Salary: £25,000 to £28,500 pa (actual)

Start date: as soon as possible

Caldicott is one of the country’s most prestigious Independent Boarding and Day Preparatory Schools for Boys. S/he will be responsible for the daily co-ordination and smooth running of the school bus service, as well as and working collaboratively with colleagues on a varied range of administrative tasks in a busy school office.

The successful candidate will be:

· well organised, methodical and analytical, with great attention to detail;

· confident with MS Office applications, Outlook, Word and Excel in particular; also in the use of using databases such as iSAMS for reporting and administrative processes

· a resilient, adaptable and energetic character to respond effectively in a very busy office environment;

· a calm team player who can prioritise effectively and work efficiently and

· have excellent interpersonal skills, with a cheerful “can do “ attitude.
