The Residential Welfare Assistant plays a key role in supporting the pastoral care, wellbeing, and supervision of students in the boarding houses. Working as part of the boarding team, the RWA ensures a safe, supportive, and structured living environment that promotes students’ welfare, personal development, and positive behaviour.
Contract/Hours: Up to 48 hours per week (including evenings, overnight duties, and weekends on a rota basis) 2 days off per week.
Reports to: Housemaster / Housemistress
Location: Caterham School, Surrey
Renumeration: Between £9 - £13.50 ph
