To provide a professional and high-standard invigilation service for external and internal examinations.
Channing School is seeking to appoint reliable, professional and highly organised Exams Invigilators to join our examinations team on a casual basis from Autumn 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive school community, playing an important role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of internal and external examinations.

The role involves preparing examination rooms, supervising pupils throughout examinations, distributing and collecting examination materials, maintaining accurate attendance records and seating plans, and ensuring compliance with examination procedures and security requirements.
We are looking for dependable, attentive and well-organised individuals with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Candidates should be punctual, flexible and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience of working in a school or examination environment would be advantageous, although not essential, as full JCQ training will be provided.
