We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team at CH. Reporting to the HR Director you will take a lead role in the day-to-day management of HR at Christ’s Hospital. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective HR processes, compliance with employment legislation, and the well-being and professional development of all school staff. You will be responsible for managing the HR Team, Recruitment and Onboarding, Payroll and Benefits, Policy and Compliance, Employee Relations and HR related projects. This is a newly created role, and you will be expected to work with the HR Director in shaping the role to ensure a high-quality HR service is delivered to the school.
You will hold a CIPD level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) and have a sound background of HR management and practice. Experience in education or a regulated environment is desirable, but not essential. You will have excellent communication, organisational, team leadership and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, full time (35 hours per week), year-round position.
