Dragon School is seeking a caring, organised and enthusiastic graduate to join our vibrant boarding community in Oxford. Working across two of our boarding houses, you will help to create a welcoming “home from home” for our pupils, providing pastoral support and organising activities while assisting with the day-to-day running of the houses.

This full-time, residential role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children within a leading co-educational day and boarding school. Applicants must be aged 21 or over by 1 January 2027 and already have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
