Eastbourne College is seeking an experienced and inspiring school leader to join its senior leadership team as Deputy Head (Pastoral) and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Reporting to the Headmaster, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across safeguarding, boarding, pupil wellbeing, behaviour and pastoral care. They will be an accomplished leader with excellent judgement, strong interpersonal skills and a clear commitment to the College values of participation, the pursuit of excellence, integrity and kindness.
