Summary

We are seeking cleaners to join our busy Housekeeping team from the start of the autumn term, working 2.5 hours each day after school and during school holidays. Experience of working is schools would be beneficial but is not essential.

Detail

Job Purpose

To clean areas of the school as directed by the Housekeeper, to the required standard. At least one year's previous experience would be beneficial, as well as experience of using cleaning machinery such as buffers (full training will be provided).

Duties

Vacuuming carpet and wooden floor areas.
Dusting edges ledges and furniture.
Damp wiping of window sills edges and ledges.
Window cleaning.
Polishing of furniture pictures etc.
Buffing and burnishing.
Rubbish removal.
Stocking up of toilet rolls and paper hand towels.
Any other jobs that might commensurate with the post.

Successful candidates will be invited to a formal interview given a tour of the School on the day.
