For January 2026 (or earlier if possible) the school is seeking to recruit a SEND Lead (part-time) who will be responsible for putting in place strategies to support our students to achieve their potential.
Elmhurst is academically non-selective but has excellent levels of student achievement. Students are taught in classes of around 25 at KS3, with small option groups at KS4 and KS5. The majority of students board at the school with a small number of day students.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a school that is highly successful where students have a desire to learn. Applications are welcome from qualified SEND practitioners and/or those that have relevant experience within the role, notably with writing IEP’s and preparing exam access arrangements.
3 days per week (term-time only) – the distribution of the days is negotiable depending on need.
