Finborough School is seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher (Academic/Teaching & Learning) who will lead all aspects of our academic programme and quality of teaching and learning across the whole school.
The Deputy Headteacher will be at the centre of ensuring that pupils truly achieve their full academic potential through an innovative curriculum and a wealth of experiences and opportunities for our students that align with the schools positive and character centred culture.
Similarly, the Deputy Head will lead, inspire and support the teaching staff promoting a culture of aspiration, with clear forms of assessment and targets for teachers and students.
The emphasis will be on using their leadership skills and educational expertise to ensure Finborough becomes a centre for pedagogical excellence and best practise.
