Estates and Facilities Manager required in Autumn 2025 to lead a seven-strong team responsible for the management, maintenance, repair and improvement of the School properties and grounds.

The Estates and Facilities Manager will be responsible for the management, maintenance, repair and improvement of the School properties and grounds. They will also ensure the School’s obligations with regards to regulatory compliance and best practice are met, maintain all associated documentation and records, and serve as the School’s Fire and Health and Safety Officer.
Reporting to the Bursar, the Estates and Facilities Manager will head a team of seven including the Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor and live-in caretaker. The post holder will liaise with all across the School community.
The postholder will join a team dedicated to the effective running of the School and will work collaboratively with colleagues across academic and support functions. They will demonstrate the wider context of support operations in our authentic, ambitious, courageous and inclusive learning community.
