The successful candidate will:

Be innovative, proactive, organised and place the needs of the young people at the forefront of everything they do.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, or related field.
Have extensive previous experience in teaching Mathematics at GCSE Level.
Be committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
Have strong leadership and communication skills.
Be experienced in curriculum development and assessment strategies.
