For August 2027, the Principal and Board of Governors invite applications for the role of Head of Kingswood Prep School, succeeding Mark Brearey after sixteen years of outstanding leadership.

Nestled on a stunning 120-acre campus in the historic UNESCO world heritage city of Bath, Kingswood Prep School is a leading co-educational day school, educating over 400 pupils from nine months to 11 years. It is a thriving, close-knit community where high expectations sit alongside genuine care for each child’s wellbeing and development.

The next Head will join a thriving school, supported by an engaged and committed staff, with the opportunity to shape its future. In collaboration with the Principal and the wider Kingswood Foundation, they will build on academic success, enhance the opportunities available for pupils, and ensure the School continues to attract families seeking an exceptional educational experience.
