Reporting to the Pool Manager, under the guidance of the Deputy Pool Manager, Lifeguards are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of all users during pool activities, including swimming lessons, club sessions, and public swimming
Mount Kelly Swimming Ltd is seeking to appoint Lifeguards to join the team across a range of weekday and weekend shifts. This is a 52-week per year position, and we are ideally seeking candidates who can commit to 15–20 hours per week, although applications from candidates seeking fewer hours will be considered.
Available shifts:
· Tuesday: 08:00–13:00 – 5 hours
· Wednesday: 08:00–13:00 – 5 hours
· Wednesday 15:45-22:00 – 4.25 hours
· Thursday: 08:00–12:00 – 4 hours
· Thursday 08:00–16:00 - 7.5 hours
· Friday: 08:00–13:00 - 5 hours
· Saturday 08:30-16:30 – 7.5 hours
· Sunday 07:30-12:30 – 5 hours
The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour equivalent to £24,784 per annum full-time, pro rata depending on hours worked).

The successful candidates will hold a current and relevant lifesaving qualification, such as the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
