Parkside School in Cobham is a thriving independent co-educational prep school and nursery, set within 45 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside by the River Mole. We are seeking an exceptional Bursar to join our Senior Leadership Team from January 2026.

This is a pivotal role for a strategic, forward-thinking professional who will lead the operational, financial and administrative functions of the School. The Bursar will oversee Finance, HR, Estates, Facilities, Health & Safety, and Compliance, ensuring that our infrastructure and operations fully support our educational mission and the happiness and wellbeing of our pupils and staff.

Working closely with the Head, the successful candidate will contribute to the strategic development of Parkside as it continues to grow as a co-educational school of excellence. As Clerk to the Governors, the Bursar will also play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.

This position requires excellent leadership, financial acumen, and organisational skill, with the ability to manage complex operations and inspire confidence across the school community.
