You will be responsible for transporting pupils to and from School and taking reasonable measures to safeguard passengers at all times and conducting necessary checks and inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy prior to travel.

The Queen’s School is a small independent girls’ school that is looking for a Minibus Driver to commence as soon as possible on a part-time basis for 22.5 hours per week (6.30am - 8.45am and 3.15pm - 5.30pm) to undertake driving duties during term-time.
The Queen’s School has an excellent reputation for its caring and nurturing environment and so it is imperative to ensure the right person is recruited to fit in and work well within the existing Queen’s family/team.
Essential Requirements:
. A full, clean and valid UK driving licence with D1 or D entitlement
· Proven experience of driving a minibus, HGV or PSV
· Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
· Willingness to be flexible in working arrangements and work at short notice if the need arises
· Initiative to plan their own work schedule
· Capability to maintain accurate vehicle and user records
· Competent to undertake daily and weekly vehicle checks and carry out basic maintenance
· Commitment to the safeguarding of children and young people
