The successful candidate will:

• Build and strengthen Queen’s brand and marketing plans;
• Drive growth in admissions and broaden access;
• Cultivate donor and alumnae engagement to support our ambitious financial and educational goals.

The successful candidate will be someone who brings:

• Significant senior‐level experience in marketing, admissions and development, ideally in education or non-profit sectors;
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, data orientation, and a passion for educational values;
• A collaborative leadership style and the capacity to deliver results through teams.
