The Radley Schools Group invites applications for the position of Head of Beeston Hall School from September 2026, following Mr Fred de Falbe’s ten years of dedicated leadership. This is a wonderful opportunity for an inspirational educator to lead an exceptional prep school in a stunning coastal setting on the North Norfolk coast.

The Head will work closely with the Group CEO, COO, and Local Advisory Group (LAG) to oversee all aspects of the school’s strategy, operations, and community life.
The successful candidate will possess the personal qualities to lead, motivate, and inspire the school community. They will demonstrate innovation, natural authority, and the ability to lead by example, earning the respect of pupils, staff, and parents.
First interviews will take place on Thursday 20 November 2025 at Radley College with a selection panel including Andrew Ashton, CEO of the Radley Schools Group, and John Moule, Warden of Radley College.
