Radley College is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable sailing professional with excellent boat handling and coaching skills. You will need to be well-organised and take the lead in instructing both our novices and advanced sailors including race coaching. This role combines hands-on coaching with responsibility for maintaining and developing the College's sailing fleet. Working closely with the Director of Sport, you will support training and racing activities, have a commitment to health and safety, ensuring all boats and equipment are maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will hold an RYA Senior Instructor certificate and a full UK driving licence. Additional coaching, powerboat or race management qualifications would be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of the school's sailing programme.

This is a part time position, 3-4 days per week during term time and selected competitions/regattas. Training will take place at Farmoor Reservoir (via Oxford Sail Training Trust).
