Responsible to: Sports Centre Manager

Salary: Hourly rate dependent on age

Qualification Required: NPLQ

Join Our Lifeguard Team!

Repton School is looking to recruit a qualified Lifeguard to join our outstanding Sports Centre team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, professional environment supporting the day-to-day supervision of our facilities across both Repton Senior and Repton Prep.

We offer both casual and contracted shifts, with flexible working hours available Monday to Sunday between 5:00am and 10:00pm. Whether you're looking for a few hours a week or a regular schedule, we’re happy to discuss your availability during the interview.

As a Lifeguard, you’ll play a key role in:

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all users
• Delivering excellent customer service to pupils and external visitors
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Supporting the smooth daily operation of the Sports Centre
