We are currently seeking to fill the position of Lifeguard.

Detail

Location: Repton School – across both Repton Senior and Repton Prep

Responsible to: Sports Centre Manager

Salary: Hourly rate dependent on age

Qualification Required: NPLQ

Appointment will be on a casual or contracted basis, depending on the needs of the School and the availability of the successful candidate. This will be discussed at interview. 

Working hours may vary and may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Repton School is looking to recruit a qualified Lifeguard to join our outstanding Sports Centre team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, professional environment supporting the day-to-day supervision of our facilities across both Repton Senior and Repton Prep.

As a Lifeguard, you’ll play a key role in:

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all users
• Delivering excellent customer service to pupils and external visitors
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Supporting the smooth daily operation of the Sports Centre
