IT Operations Lead
(39.5 hours per week, full-year - £40,955 pa)

The IT Operations Lead will work closely with the Director of IT to support and provide an excellent IT service and stable infrastructure to the Roedean community. The role will require the day-to-day management of the IT support workload, oversee the management of reprographics, IT for school events, maintain the helpdesk system, support and upgrade infrastructure and report to key stakeholders about operations.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a third-line IT Technician or other relevant position, experience with Windows Server and Hyper-V technologies and Wireless technologies. Outstanding diagnostic and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and work with a wide range of people.
