We are currently seeking to fill the position of Events and Hirings Coordinator at RGS Worcester.

RGS Worcester is seeking a highly organised and reliable individual to join our team Estates team as Events & Hirings Coordinator for 25 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Possess high-level administrative and IT skills, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), data entry, and shared calendar management with high attention to detail.
  • Be a fast learner, quick to pick up internal school procedures and venue booking software such as BookingsPlus.
  • Action routine hirings efficiently, managing the hirings inbox to respond promptly to enquiries and logging bookings accurately- with an interest or understanding of sports being a helpful advantage.
  • Deliver exceptional communication and customer service, acting as a responsive, professional point of contact for external clients, parents, and internal school teams.
  • Work collaboratively across departments, prioritising competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while streamlining communication across events and hirings operations.
