Sir William Perkins’s School is seeking a highly organized and proactive Activities Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) programme and the wider co-curricular provision. This role involves managing student data, coordinating expedition logistics, and maintaining accurate participation records for sports clubs and enrichment events. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for staff, parents, and external partners, and provide support with compliance administration for volunteers, coaches, and external contractors.
Applications are welcome from candidates with excellent organisation and communication skills, and while previous experience of the DofE scheme is advantageous, a commitment to high standards of administration and attention to detail are essential. This position requires an adaptable and reliable individual who is dedicated to ensuring the smooth running, compliance, and overall efficiency of the school's co-curricular provision.
