Sir William Perkins’s School is seeking an organised and highly empathetic Pastoral Administrator. This position is central to our school’s commitment to excellent pastoral care for all students. The successful applicant will provide high quality administrative support to the Deputy Head Pastoral and wider pastoral team, including diary management and Sixth Form administration. The post holder will also be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) and work collaboratively across the school community to uphold the highest standards of student care and safety.
In addition to direct student interaction, the post-holder will be responsible for the coordination of wellbeing, pastoral and safeguarding records. This includes managing sensitive information, facilitating clear and compassionate communication with parents and guardians, and providing high-level administrative support to the wider pastoral team.
