Sir William Perkins’s School is seeking to appoint a Personalised Learning Assistant with a background in Mathematics or Science to join our dedicated department. The successful candidate will support high-ability secondary students with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, and dyscalculia. Working alongside the SENCO and curriculum staff, the post-holder will deliver targeted subject tutoring and study skills in a creative, student-centred environment.
The post-holder will help students build independent learning and executive functioning skills, including organisation, planning, and self-regulation, and monitor their progress. This role will also involve participating within the wider department under the guidance of the Head of Personalised Learning, all while maintaining the school's high standards for safeguarding and inclusion.
