ACCESS TO LEARNING PRACTITIONER – VISUAL IMPAIRMENT (VI)

Part-time / Temporary

18 hours per week, term time only

Actual salary £10,231.20 (FTE £26,936)

We are seeking to appoint a supportive and dedicated Access to Learning Practitioner to support a visually impaired (VI) pupil in lessons. The Access to Learning Practitioner will report to the Head of Learning Support/SENDCo.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual, preferably with experience of working with pupils in and outside of the classroom. However, candidates with all levels of experience are warmly invited to apply.

This is a temporary position, offered on a part-time basis, 18 hours per week, term time only, with a view to renewing the contract annually. Working days and timings will be discussed at interview. There is a possibility that the hours will increase over time.
