TEACHER OF ITALIAN

Fixed term/Maternity Cover

Required for September 2026

Reporting to the Head of Department, this Italian Teacher will be passionate about teaching languages, have an excellent level of subject knowledge, and will deliver rigorous, creative lessons to motivate our students.

The successful candidate will be able to teach Italian to GCSE and ideally offer a second language to at least KS3 if not GCSE. This teacher will be willing to fully contribute to the life of the department by attending trips, leading clubs etc.

The post holder will be required to take on a form tutor role and play a full part in departmental improvement projects and contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school.

This is a temporary position, covering a maternity leave. Full and part time applications will be considered.

The start date for this position is September 2026.
