This is a full-time, fixed-term role for a Project Coordinator at St John's College School from 10 July - 3 September 2025. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and supporting the Facilities Manager in the execution of a number of estates projects, co-ordinating with suppliers and contractors, managing timelines and ensuring that project goals are met. The role will also involve regular communication with stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and problem-solving. This is an on-site position located in Cambridge. The annual salary will be in the range of £28,000-£32,000 dependent on skills and experience.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
Proven experience in project planning, project coordination or project support roles;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Excellent proficiency in using IT;
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping;
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors and internal teams, in writing and verbally;
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths;
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively;
Ability to deputise for a manager and take initiative when required;
Excellent range of interpersonal skills for dealing with the parents, children, staff and the public;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
A multi-tasker with ability to work under pressure to deadlines;
A quick learner with a willingness to adapt and be flexible.
Desirable:
Specific experience in using project planning tools will be an advantage;
Experience in facilities or construction project environments is desirable but not essential;
First Aid qualification (a willingness to undertake training is essential);
