Summary

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Teacher (KS2) to join our team from September 2026.

Detail

This particular role is full time and would be offered on a fixed term contract basis for the purposes of maternity cover which is envisaged for the full academic year 2026/27.

However, there may also be the possibility for roles of a permanent nature as we progress to Co-Ed as a School. Whilst further opportunity is not determined as yet, we’d still like to hear from candidates suitable for KS2. Please state clearly on your application whether your interest would be for fixed term, permanent employment or both.

The Beacon is a large prep school for pupils aged between 3 and 13, with superb facilities and resources that support a forward-looking educational environment. The school is accessible by Chiltern Railways and Met Line, located close to Amersham.
