King's High are seeking to appoint an outstanding, innovative and dynamic Sports GAP Assistant who can demonstrate proven ability in at least one of our major sports. The post is ideal for those considering a career in teaching. The successful candidate will have the ability to coach at least one sport to a high level and be confident officiating at least two other sports.

King’s High and Warwick Preparatory School has an excellent reputation as a leading institute for boys from ages 3 – 7 and girls from ages 7 – 18 in the local and regional area. The Sports GAP role would involve working time across both the Preparatory and Senior schools.

The Sports GAP Assistant will be expected to be heavily involved in the extra-curricular provision both during the week and at weekend fixtures.

Closing Date: Friday 13th March 2026

Salary: The position is for a 1 year fixed-term contract. ​The salary scale for this role is Point 11 for 37 hours a week and 44.4 weeks a year (all year round), which is equivalent to £24,454 per annum.
