Salary: £34,000-£37,000 , dependant on experience
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (52 weeks)
Hours of Work: 8am - 5pm during term time, 7.45am - 4.15pm during school holidays
To Start: From May 2026 onwards

A little bit about us
We are a small independent school in Windsor. The school has been running since 1936. We value each and every member of our staff team and recognise that people can bring different ideas and suggestions all of which are equally valued. We view our team members as our extended family and most of our staff have worked at the school for many years.
Responsibilities
To be responsible for the organisation and curriculum development of the Acorns class in the Little Upton Nursery. Acorns is the youngest year group in the school, consisting of boys and girls aged 2-3 years old. The Room Lead/Coordinator will promote high standards, progression, continuity and quality of learning, observing behaviour progress and monitoring the developmental needs of the children.
To manage a small team of staff ensuring all staff are delivering high quality care and education. The successful candidate will also act as a key person to a group of children, working closely with their families, keeping them informed of their child’s progress through regular updates and termly parents evenings.
During the school holidays the Room Lead will also take the lead on coordinating the Little Upton Holiday School. Children from the Acorns and Oaks classes can attend, spending time together taking part in themed activities each week.
