We are looking for a passionate professional to join our fantastic Individual Needs Department. The Department consists of academic mentors, learning support assistants, specialist teachers and an emotional behavioural coach, led by the individual educational needs co-ordinator (IENCo).
We are inviting applications from those looking for a Specialist Teacher role, as well as those looking to work in an in-class support role as an Academic Mentor.
Full and part time applications will be considered. Please give an indication of this on the application.
This is for a January 2026 start, therefore early applications are encouraged. It is a fixed term role until 3rd July 2026.
The successful candidate will ideally have the relevant experience of working within a school environment and the ability to establish positive relationships with children. We are looking for an individual with a calm and reassuring nature who values organisation and punctuality.
