We are looking for an LSA to join a team of passionate professionals in our Individual Needs Department.
The Department consists of academic mentors, specialist teachers, emotional behavioural coach and deputy individual educational needs co-ordinator, led by the individual educational needs co-ordinator (IENCo).
In this role you will provide 1:1 support to a child with an EHCP including in an in-class environment.
The hours of work will be 20 hours per week, term time only, on agreed days/times.
This is a fixed term role until 31st August 2026.
The successful candidate will ideally have the relevant experience of working within a school environment and the ability to establish positive relationships with children. We are looking for an individual with a calm and reassuring nature who values organisation and punctuality.
