We are seeking to appoint a Stage Technician to support the delivery of productions, events and educational activities through the setup, operation and maintenance of lighting, sound, audio-visual and stage systems across the School.

Salary: Point 20 - £34,904 to Point 25 - £40,397 gross pay per annum depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled Stage Technician to support the delivery of productions, events and audio-visual services across the School. Working closely with the Head of AV & Production, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating lighting, sound and AV systems, constructing stage and scenic elements, maintaining performance spaces and equipment, and providing technical support for a wide range of school activities and events.
The ideal candidate will have experience across technical theatre disciplines, including lighting, sound, AV and stage construction, together with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will be a reliable and adaptable team player, capable of working independently when required, with a commitment to health and safety, excellent customer service and a willingness to work evenings and weekends to support the School’s busy programme of productions and events.
