We are currently seeking to fill the position of Marketing and Admissions Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, creative and people-focused individual to play a key role in shaping the future of Winchester House. Working across both Admissions and Marketing, the successful candidate will be at the heart of the School's pupil recruitment and communications activity, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for prospective and current families.
From welcoming prospective parents and coordinating admissions events, to creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites and video, this is a varied and dynamic role requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. The role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships across the School community, working closely with pupils, staff and families to showcase the vibrant life of Winchester House.
Reporting to the Director of Prep School Marketing & Admissions and working alongside the Registrar, the Marketing & Admissions Executive will help drive admissions enquiries, support the successful delivery of key events, manage digital content and ensure that every family experiences the warmth, professionalism and excellence that define a Winchester House education.
Please note that regular weekend and evening work is required to fit the admissions and marketing calendar.

Winchester House School
Winchester House School was founded in 1875 and moved to its present 18-acre site in the centre of Brackley in 1922. The heart of the School is situated in Manor House, an attractive building dating from the early 1800s. Winchester House comprises a fully co-educational nursery, pre-prep and preparatory school, offering an outstanding education to children aged 3-13 with day, occasional and weekly boarding available. In January 2021, Winchester House School became part of The Stowe Group.
