Witham Hall School is a happy and dynamic co-educational boarding and day Prep school, set within superb grounds on the Lincolnshire/Rutland border.

The School is seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organised HR Manager to manage all aspects of the employee life cycle. Reporting to the Bursar, this role will provide expert HR advice and support to senior leaders, managers and staff, ensuring the School remains compliant with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements, GDPR, ISI regulations and HR best practice. The successful candidate will support the School's strategic objectives while fostering a positive and professional working environment.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in HR, sound knowledge of employment law, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage a busy and varied workload, combined with experience of using HR systems, and a high level of organisational and administrative competency is essential. Experience within the Education Sector and knowledge of safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements would be advantageous but are not essential.
